The FG-TRAN-QSFP+SR-BIDI-BCC is a drop-in compatible replacement for the Fortinet FG-TRAN-QSFP+SR-BIDI. This transceiver is designed for plug-and-play compatibility with Fortinet systems that have QSFP+ or QSFP28 slots.- IEEE 802.3ba compliant 40GBASE-SR-BD BiDi transceiver that guarantees interoperability with standards-based 40GbE infrastructure- QSFP+ form factor with duplex LC connector, 40Gb/s data rate, multi-mode fibre operation using 850nm/900nm wavelengths- Supports up to 100m on OM3 fibre or 150m on OM4 fibre for short-reach data centre and campus connectivity- Includes DOM support for real-time monitoring of optical parameters including temperature, voltage, and optical power levels- Bi-directional operation over duplex LC fibre allows reuse of existing 10G cabling infrastructure for 40G migration- Operating temperature range of 0 to 70 degrees Celsius for standard commercial networking environments
